Arrested Again For ATM Fraud

We've all seen people from the anime and manga industry getting arrested. Be it the mangaka, or the people who provide the incredible OSTs.
ALI Band's drummer, Kadio Shirai, was again arrested by the TMPD for involvement in an ATM fraud.
Shirai made an old lady transfer about US $21,000. The police witnessed Shirai withdrawing the money the next day at a convenience store ATM.
The World Ends With You manga withdrew the contract of their opening theme 'Teenage City Riot' produced by ALI due to the scandal.
Is there any hope for ALI? Will they be producing more music for anime? Will they get a new drummer?
