Act-Age Illustrator On Manga's Stoppage

Shiro Usazaki, the illustrator of the Act-Age manga, posted a statement on his Twitter handle regarding the arrest of the manga's writer Matsuki.

Tatsuya Matsuki was arrested by the police in Japan on grounds of molesting two high schoolers. A CCTV footage confirmed the harassment charges.

Usazaki's Tweet declared the manga's cancellation. The Tweet also expressed his support towards the victims and the measures taken regarding Act-Age.

Weekly Shonen Jump has stopped the manga's updates and the sale of merchandise and volumes. The upcoming live-action adaptation has also been cancelled.
